3D CMM
Dimensions are checked by high precision equipment. In our metrology area we are equiped with 3D CMM, Profile Projector, Hardness Tester, manual devices and other special equipment. Produced parts or prototypes can be compared with the 3D model to ensure the conformity.
Artificial Vision Cameras
In Estampaciones Fuerte we use several artificial vision cameras from various suppliers integrated into our production process. These equipments allow us to detect dimensional deviations, presence of operations such as threading or welding and deformations automatically.
